Anyone who’s seen me on the grid knows that mint is one of my absolute favorite colors. I’ll probably blog it a hundred times over, so I really wanted to start by showing off two of my great loves in fashion, mint and mesh, in one great piece, the Anaise skirt by Maitreya. Even thought I purchased it quite some time ago, who can pass up a great pencil skirt, right? It comes in an assortment of twelve colors and two patterns to choose from and though I was kind of hoping for additional belt colors, it’s still a fabulous piece.
I was surprised to discover that mint is quite the universal color. Pair it with light or dark neutrals, or other pastels in varying shades, blues, greens, etc. and it’s still a hit. So, I decided to go for a classic preppy look with soft colors and lots of lace and accenting the mint and white with a pop of black in my Glitter Peeptoes from SLink and Nevada bag from Nemesis.
